Check-in

- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
- Guests must inform the property in advance of their estimated arrival time.

Cancellation and Prepayment
- Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the type of accommodation. Please check the specific conditions that apply to your selected option.
Refundable Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival.
- This will be collected via credit card.
- The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
- Refunds will be processed via credit card.
Cot and Extra Bed Policy
- 0 – 2 years:
- Extra bed upon request. Charges may apply.
- Cot upon request: Free
- 3+ years:
- Extra bed upon request. Charges may apply.
- Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during the stay.
- The number of extra beds and cots allowed depends on the accommodation type selected.
- All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.
Age Restriction
- The minimum age for check-in is 18.
- Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Group Bookings
- When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

House Rules

- Quiet Hours: Guests must remain quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in some of our properties. Charges may apply.
Additional Information
- Guests must present the credit card used for booking upon arrival. If the cardholder is not present, prior arrangements must be made with the property.
- Cleaning service is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
- Additional cleaning service is available upon request for a fee.
- Special requests are subject to availability.
- Some of our apartments are adapted for disabled guests and wheelchair users.
- Our properties do not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
